Marisa is Priestess of Rhiannon, a therapist, healer, Soul Midwife/End of Life Doula and Sacred Celebrant and nd she walks Rhiannon’s path of love. She is a Sacred Sexual Priestess, a co-teacher of the first Spiral of the Rhiannon Training. She has been living in Avalon since 2009.
She is a therapist & healer using shamanic practices and sound.

Marisa previously worked as a Registered Mental Health Nurse for 28 years and now predominantly focus on her Priestessing role, healer and teachings.

Marisa is a student of traditional and authentic Shamanic work and healing using techniques that go back thousands of years and completed a 2-year apprenticeship with Annie Spencer with Hartwell studying the medicine wheel and ceremonies, in 2014 and 2015 and later with Chris Luitticau completing a Shamanic practitioner training in June 2018 with Northern drum Shamanic centre and continues her journey with him as on-going training.

As part of the wider community, she regularly holds Death Cafes, death awareness spaces and sound Baths, co co-ordinates the LGBTQ meets up, works as a volunteer Marie Curie. She is a Sacred Tour and Walk guide, she facilitates and holds ceremonies and an Activist and Earth Protector.
